Who and what this policy covers
This policy applies to the Your Beautiful Home main website at your-beautiful-home.com and property-specific listing pages operated by Trista Claxton, including the current Powell Road page and future listing pages. Page features and data practices can vary; a page will identify any page-specific tools such as the visit counter described below. Trista Claxton is a Florida real estate licensee (SL 3579577) affiliated with Meridian Real Estate. “Your Beautiful Home” is Trista’s website and marketing identity, not a separate brokerage.
What you choose to send
The main-site inquiry form prepares an email in your device’s email app. It does not submit your name, email address, or message to a form database on this website. The information reaches Trista only if you send the email. A call link opens your phone’s calling app; it does not sign you up for calls or texts.
The listing-call request form on the Sell Your Home page sends the contact details and answers you choose to provide to Trista by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. The form asks only for details to help Trista prepare for your requested call; please do not submit financial documents, account information, access codes, or other sensitive information. FormSubmit describes its processing in its privacy notice.
If you email or call, Trista may use the information you provide to respond, follow up on your request, provide real estate services you ask for, and meet brokerage or legal recordkeeping duties. Email messages may remain in the email account used to communicate with you.
Trista does not sell or rent information you send directly to her. Information may be shared with Meridian Real Estate or a professional you ask Trista to connect you with when needed to respond or provide requested services, and when required by law or brokerage obligations.
How visit counting works on property pages
The current Powell Road listing page has a simple first-party visit counter. It creates a random browser identifier and saves it in your browser’s local storage. The page sends that identifier to its own analytics endpoint to count daily and total page views and distinct browsers. The counter database stores the random identifier and the date/count information; the page’s analytics code does not save your name, email address, IP address, or detailed browsing history in that database. Clearing local storage may cause a new identifier to be created.
The main website does not currently run this visit counter. Future listing pages may use different tools; this policy will be updated if their data practices differ. The hosting platform may separately process technical request information, such as network and browser data, to deliver and protect the websites under its own privacy terms.
Third-party services and links
Both sites request fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google may receive technical request information under Google’s own privacy terms. The Powell Road page also links to outside services such as Google Maps and FEMA; those services apply their own privacy practices when you visit them.
The listing-call request form uses FormSubmit to deliver submissions and may use spam filtering, including reCAPTCHA. Those providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the form. The form does not ask for sensitive transaction documents or property-access credentials.
These pages do not use an advertising profile or retargeting pixel. If that changes, this notice will be updated to describe the new practice.
Your choices and questions
You can decline to send an email or block local storage in your browser to prevent the Powell Road counter from creating and sending its identifier. Clearing the stored ID removes it, but a new one may be created on a later visit. You can also contact Trista with a privacy question. You may ask what information you sent directly, request a correction, or ask Trista to delete her copy where permitted by law and brokerage recordkeeping requirements.

Children and updates
These real estate websites are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. Trista does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through these pages.
